Teacher Education: About

Teaching is a noble profession that changes the lives of young people everywhere. Great teachers inspire, educate, counsel, and lead. They prepare students for jobs, college, and future careers by not only teaching content but also nurturing students' inherent talents and abilities.

The Teacher Education Programs at Brigham Young University–Hawaii prepares pre-service teachers for careers in education both domestically and internationally. Our graduates are highly skilled in both content knowledge and teaching practice. They have strong ethical and moral standards, allowing them to serve positive role models for their students.

Perhaps you are someone who wishes to make a difference daily in people's lives. Contact us, we can help.

Aloha,
